Really? I do not remember a single case when India helped Russia during terrorist acts, floods, wars, etc. What kind of friendship are we talking about then?
@himanshubhushan47913 жыл бұрын
@@Leader977 We used to be friends. Today Russia is more closer to China, you know because both Russian and Chinese Presidents are authoritarian. Chinese is one party dictatorship and Russia is one man dictatorship. India is a democracy. If Prime Minister Modi tries to do something stupid, whole nation comes out to protest. We have free and fair elections. Russia lacks all these things and is a democracy just on paper. And about India helping Russia, India constantly ignores the scantions against Russia, put by Western nations. We were the first to recognise Crimean peninsula as a territory of Russia. We prefer Russian arms over American, when it comes to Indian military imports, despite furious protest from western countries.
@Leader9773 жыл бұрын
@@himanshubhushan4791 Tell stories to your children. You don't impose sanctions just because you want to get Russian technology. Especially in the military sphere. You know that Russian weapons are better and significantly cheaper than Western ones. No need to tell nonsense here. There are no idiots here. Cooperation with India is a constant problem on the other side. You break contracts and inigoda are guided by Western counterparts, which are inferior in quality. Friends don't do that.
@shaheedbhaghatsingh39743 жыл бұрын
@@Leader977 Speaking of help we give u billions of dollars every year for ur weapons. Russia earns billions annually just from military equipment exports to India. So when it comes to trade both countries benefit greatly as India manages to obtain top quality military equipment and hardware from Russia and Russia earns billions from India as a result of these military equipment exports to India. Furthermore every year thousands of tourist from Russia go to Goa i.e. a state in India alone. Goa is known as little Russia cause Russians have set up their own businesses there and there is even a beach called Arambol beach which is also known as Russian beach. Many Russian scientist and engineers work in India at the various space research facilities and labs located across India. Similarly every year thousands of Indians visit Russia every year on tourists visas as well as work visas. So both countries benefit each other greatly when it comes to tourism. Similarly both countries benefit from each other when it comes skilled labor as many Indians work for big MNCs in Russia and many Russian scientists engineers and other skilled professionals work in India

When I was there in 1967 there were few restaurants or any shops. GUM was only a big shopping centre with absolutely nothing to buy. A bakery inside had a long queue to buy a loaf of bread. At vending machines you had to use a glass and leave it for next customer. There were no skyscrapers. Traffic was light, few private cars (all ugly). Food was good but in very short supply. One good thing of the past now gone was the huge circular outdoor swimming pool. Your video brings back memories, but the improvements are amazing. What used to be a drab city now looks as good if not better than many US cities, NYC included. Times change!

Lastly, it was a much friendlier city than I expected, people were warm, and had a great sense of humour. I would thoroughly recommend a trip to Moscow ♡

You should visit 2-3 days Lviv it is a city in Ukraine 70 km from the Polish border. You should visit Kiev the capital and Odessa. Ukraine is a big country it is bigger than France. If you have time also Kharkiv and or Dnipro. But I really really suggest Lviv and Kiev. If you have a Portuguese Passport you do not need any Visa . Ukraine is very very cheap compare to Italy . The living standard is very low people are poor ……not everyone and not in big cities . They are poor yes but they eat much better than rich Germans. In Ukraine food is good and very very affordable. Accommodation is also cheap!

i visited Moscow last summer and the visual of the city is pretty much exactly like in your video. It's clean, little to zero dust (roads are cleaned regularly. that's amazing), wide sidewalks, green, people behave and dress very nicely, etc. Oh, and the sky is so BLUE and BRIGHT! Maybe because I visited Moscow during summer? The traffic is not that bad in my opinion. I mean, as a person who live several years in Jakarta, the traffic in Jakarta outbad the traffic in Moscow. Surprisingly, Moscow roads were quite empty at 6AM - 8AM during my visit and it was weekdays. Even in the golden ring. You come to Jakarta at 7AM and you just want to die immediately. It's so crowded already. Most importantly, I feel very safe in Moscow all the time. People behave very well and mind their own business. No drunk weird people around. Police are literally everywhere. Parks, sidewalks, museums, crowded places, metro stations, etc.

it's useless to talk about it. The whole west wishes death for the Russians. Now it has become obvious. It used to be Nazism in disguise, when the Russians were the heinous villains in every movie and TV series, but now the true face of the West has been revealed. No amount of humanity and tolerance towards Russians works, because the West has not yet got rid of racism. And he was quiet and careful, unlike he seems today. Yeltsin had been criticized for his drinking, Putin came over as much more puritanical. I lived with my Russian girlfriend in one of the Krushchev era public housing buildings that as you know circles the city. Took one of those vans every day to the center of the city to do research in the Russian public library, also called the Lenin Library, an amazing place. Was impressed that the van drivers collected the fares that folks would pass down to him , and no one cheated! Met so many people that liked Americans, it was easy to make friends.
