Love to see your costume I teach college and told my students I’d give them 2 extra credit points if the cake to class in costume. One of them dressed as me. He got 2 additional points

I too had and have that problem. A few things worked for me. 1-Calmly telling myself that I need to wake up at a specific time. 2-setting the radio to play or a song I like to sing along with as my first alarm and then a buzzer 2nd alarm. 3-set the alarm out of reach so that you actually have to reach for it. 4-I LOVE light and would love the curtains open a bit so the sun comes in OR 4-have a wake-up lamp that is set on a timer.
