I watch a couple of KZbinrs that talk a lot about their time in the gym. They have encouraged me to think about joining the gym. I am checking with my insurance company to see if they will pay for a gym membership. I think they will. If that's the case I will be joining the YMCA in my city.

My way of doing cardio is cycling. Yesterday I went up to a little hill and back, which takes about an hour, or 50 minutes if I want to break my record, but I usually don't record time. I also enjoy getting out of town and seeing a different landscape, having a look at the crops, at the fields, passing through the woods.

Tate, you always seem to be there to brighten up a miserable and hectic day. Even with urgent family responsibilities suddenly placed upon me I still try and pay you a visit before bedtime

For cardio I break it up among 3 days and do about ten to 15 minutes those days and something like speed walking on a treadmill or stairs.

Cardio is more fun and you get more out of it than doing weights, think about it everywhere you walk is cardio, run, cardio, in the apartment you could be sitting watching TV, doing homework and have one of those peddle machines under the desk or in front of you. Those mini peddle exercise bikes are actually good and I've seen people in their daily jobs actually using them. I've always found a full body cardio better than gym weights as you get a better benefit mentally and physically, get a good session and an energy boost and the plus side is you drain yourself so your body goes into recovery mode and that helps you sleep better.

Hey you're outside with good natural lighting. When I saw the KZbin thumbnail I thought you were you fancy leather coat from your grandpa. Nice looking coat though. Good job on the Cardio Gym Day. You've said this before, busy-ness is good for you and schedule. Consistency is good and weekly gym time is good. Goals and Lists are good motivators.

I get ya Tate. I swim almost 3 miles a week and the only part I really like is getting out of the pool.😊 Oh and it makes me feel good.

I love cardio and make it a big part of every gym session but that’s just me, I know people who would just lift if they could. It is my firm opinion is that it’s important to have a mix so stick with it

Maybe try some new music to help motivate cardio. Maybe Rocky montage Survivor, Disturbed, Megadeth , IDK Happy Halloween. O you should totally do the next report in a Halloween costume. Just an Idea.

Why do u feel inclined to do cardio? Most do it to lose weight. I have a few Lbs. to lose so I love The Elliptical machine. If it's just to do cardio to say you did cardio they say swimming is one of the best. I'm in South FL where it's always hot, but even my gym (L.A.Fitness) has an indoor Olympic size pool. You do have a lot on your plate. Enjoy everything!
