Obbe Heutink boeit fysieke klachten aan zijn medewerkers geen reet hij wil gewoon geen boete zo kwam hij en keer naar me toe met “gebruik de tilhulp. want anders heb jij geen baan meer en ik krijg en boete” (Eerste keer dat ik hem zag trouwens)

@@dandyvandermeulen Ik bedoel, vlieg gewoon niet te vaak (eens per jaar is al wel vaak yk) en denk wel gwn een beetje na over t klimaat, dan vind ik het helemaal prima! (Please, geef alsjeblieft niet het argument: andere mensen vliegen ook, dus dan maakt het niks uit)

@@ryblox14 I said somethimg nice: about the people in the video - not about customer care though, I cannot help but saying that they suck. I am sorry for the nice ground staff that they have such lousy back office behind them which scared loyal customers like me away.
