I think these drums sound amazing, but shit they are expensive. I think this kit is around $6,500......handmade in America though so I get it.....very special drums.

Brian McLendon The Maple shell kit I’m looking at is around $3,500. Their brass shells are the expensive ones, considering they make the shells themselves. It’s not a big team of people there, they just produce incredible shells and hardware. Everything is made to order as well, if I’m not mistaken.

Love the original kit version, the floor tom as a bass drum was lacking. Hats sounded good, didn't care for the cymbals. Great demo!

Holy crap - I just realized that these are $3,000+ drums. I'll never understand paying that much for a "Club Date" kit, when you could get a literally mint condition set of original Ludwigs for half that much. Hell, you can buy basically ANY dream vintage kit for that much.
