For those who need a summary, here's the 3 pillar for fair globalization : 1. Giving people the opportunity to make a difference 7:32 2. Transparency 8:52 3. (I'm not entirely sure abt this one but I think the 3rd pillar is that we need to understand the people behind our products just like we understand pop stars and others through the social media 10:29)

Whenever I lose hope and look toward the future with dread, I will re-watch this video to remind myself that there is a new generation of creative, intelligent, idealistic innovators coming of age. Yes, we can do this ! This is one of the building blocks for a fairer society, it would reduce poverty, coruption and would literally bring people closer to each other through the products we buy and the appreciation given.

Globalization certainly has a less aggressive connotation than imperialism so it ought to fulfill its definition through fairer trade.
