Colts fan are a bit delusional if they think they're winning the SB this season with Matt... they keep saying the same thing every year only to be disappointed and blaming the QB afterwards, but the reality is they are a one-dimensional running team with no real scary outside threat, so good defenses that can shut down the running game just wrecks them (or if their Oline isn't fully healthy - the real reason why they lost most of their games last season). I like Matt, but he's no Mahomes, he's not gonna be able to make magic out of nothing. Don't get me wrong, the Colts aren't a BAD team, but they're not the Rams or the Bucs, those two teams were LOADED with weapons when they got their QB, and then they went and added MORE. Hell, they aren't even the best running team in the AFC, they only looked that way for a while because Henry got hurt and the Ravens was fielding a MASH unit.

To be fair, the Falcons do have a few other pieces, the big ones still on rookie deals being AJ Terrell at Cornerback and Chris Lindstrom at Right Guard. Matt Hennessy is also a solid Center, and Jake Matthews is still here. They're close to a good O-Line. The defense is a lot more barren, but they do have Grady Jarrett at Defensive Tackle and they just signed Casey Hayward and Lorenzo Carter. It's not a lot, but progress is being made. Gonna be a few years before the Falcons are back to competing though, and that's assuming they hit on a great QB in 2023.
