Beautiful fragrance. My fall/winter signature together with Givenchy Gentleman EDP. Remember wearing this to a wedding last November and this together with a grey suit made me feel like James Bond. personally used to love all the sweet and fresh generic fragrances, but discovering This is Him! by Zadig & Voltaire has been a humbling experience. Over time, I realized I didn't want to smell like everyone else .Trying This is Him! was like a gateway to a new world, teaching me to appreciate distinct scents. People who dislike this fragrance might come to appreciate it eventually as their tastes evolve.

It's odd this scent is now getting recognition 4 years after introduction. It was actually always this good! It just didnt gain any groundswell amongst YT reviewers at the time. Kinda illustrates Gladwell's tipping point theory. Its price has gone up recently too.

Would you say the vanilla note in this is similar to Issey Miyake Polaris? Polaris is dark and mysterious and the vanilla doesn't brighten it or make it gourmand. I enjoy that type of vanilla.

I got this is the deepest winter at -10 degrees Celsius in Germany. Then it was fine. As soon as it gets warmer and above zero it is VERY nauseating due to the incense. I think this is a great frag for clubbing, but for everyday i didn't like it.

😎 For me the worst blind buy ever 🤣 i hate that synthetic grapefruit note. It male it smell so cheap for me. Nice incense but the grapefruits destroys it for me as it does with Spicebomb Fresh. I wish i has bought Just rock.
