You must nor have a large family! They are very blessed to have one another! There is 10 of us in my family and this is how we do things! 6 girls and 4 boys and we are very very close! I am so thankful to my mother for not being selfish in her wifely duties my father. We are so blessed.

I enjoy viewing your show as another Trini So nice to see the family enjoying cooking together. However there are many other people besides Trinis. So when talking about the different vegies and herbs you should mention both names for one to know what they .eg Baigan also known as Eggplant Bandanya also known as Culantro. This would help those who wish try your receipes. Konch can be tenderized by also using a mallet before putting it in the pressure cooker. Keep showing these wonderful dishes Trini style 😊😊

In Tobago we put coconut milk in our goat and it is so yummy 😋. Once you do that you would always want to put coconut milk.
