I have never cooked cassava this way before in Trinidad 🇹🇹 so I will try it raw normally I cook it first and use butter thanks love your story 🎉🎉🎉

Ria, Welcome back, I loved Alaska. I visited last year in August, and it is cold. I grew up in Boston via Trinidad,and lives in Georgia and found Alaska was a different kind of cold. Lawd, it was biting. You did it, and the memories are worth it. Luann
