I actually made a small one after seeing Lou put it in a pie there was a lot of left overs so I cut the noodles up and made a sloppy sauce and lasagna noodle mash up in a low sided pan, plonked cheese on top and stuck it under the grill to brown up. there wasn't much left in the pan that night at all xx

Also I saw some people quickly blending the vegetables, which could save you some time instead of grating them. But I don't mind some rustic texture and just cut them into small bits.

Very respectable, Adam! I usually make some fresh pasta sheets and add a layer of ricotta to mine, and I like a bit of oregano and basil in my ragu, but if you ask a dozen nonnas for their recipes, you will get about 30 variations. Lasagne (plural, I believe, because you are using more than one sheet of the noodle) is great (and a favorite of some cats).
