Preparation and ingredients:
500g pork belly.
Slice the pork belly.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Sweet peppers.
Turn the pieces of meat over and do the same.
7 potatoes.
Roughly chop the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
Add some vegetable oil to the pan.
Add the pork belly pieces to the pan and fry on one side and the other over high heat.
5 onions.
Cut the onion into feathers.
Fry the onion in the same pan in which the meat was fried.
Distribute the fried onions over the potatoes.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon dry herbs with garlic.
2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Mix well.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
Place the pieces of meat on the potatoes.
Cover with foil.
Place in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
Remove the meat and potatoes from the oven and remove the foil.
Place in the oven for another 20 minutes.
The meat and potatoes are ready to serve.
Arrange the meat and potatoes on a plate.
