A Farewell To Ruby, The BEST STAFFY To Ever Live

This is by far the toughest video I have ever had to make for my Staffordshire Bull Terrier Ruby. On January 29, 2024 I made the hardest decision of my life to give my 13 year old Staffy, Ruby, the peace she deserved, and say goodbye. She crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge peacefully and in my arms. She was my best friend and soul mate dog. Chester and I will miss her until the end of time.

What a beautiful tribute to a very special lady! We’re so sorry for your loss but envy your life’s journey with this wonderful lady. She’s now playing with our Chief (and a lot of other doggie children) under the Rainbow 🌈 bridge, waiting for us to arrive. Until we do, Chief will take care of her as a real gentleman would, so know that she’s in great paws at te moment. Chief’s (being an American Pitbull) first love was a Staffy called Angel who is under the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge too now. I am sure they are having a ball together running around and playing, having fun. And when we all arrive they will all run to us and join us to cross the bridge together and never be parted again. Since you chose to celebrate her life instead of just mourning her passing I am sure that you will take the picture I just wrote in your mind before going to sleep and doze off with a smile and a little tear….. Thank you for being such a wonderful daddy, companion, friend and caretaker to her for all of her life and thank you for sharing all that love with us Pibble Lovers. We are lucky to have enjoyed participating in Ruby’s life thanks to you, so she will be respectfully remembered. My wife and I send you a lot of strength and love to bear the hurt of losing such a special friend. The wound will heal but the scars remain, but they are a (sometimes painful) tribute to a special love that never goes away. We wish you well Chris and please keep doing what you do. I lost my staffy in Jan this year she passed away in my arms at home , not going lie, it broke my heart ... in Feb i got a new staffy puppie not to replace her but to fill the hole she left in my life ...... 1 day without a staffy is 1 day too long !

So sad to hear about Ruby. I lost my 1st Staffy 3 years ago. Her name was Roxie. I layed beside her and looked into her eyes as she took her last breath. Then I cried like a baby. I feel your pain. I'm so sorry. It hurts.
