I am going through the same situation. She just lived with me for 8 months n went back to her parents place for pregnancy checkup n never returned. My son is 2yrs old n he lives with his mom in her parents place. When i try to visit him, he recognizes me as uncle. Note: Her parents want me to approach court but I want my family. So am not approaching court.

Today, My boy Izyan is 902 days old, out of which I have experienced only the first 4 days.. Summary : This man is heard here being blackmailed for heavy ransoms for fake case withdrawal against him by his inlaws mediator. He attempted suicide for being framed into lifelong fake dowry ,domestic violence case and he also had to separate from his only son by default. But he dropped the attempt, since he didn't want to leave their parents and relatives suffering behind .Being a parent himself he knew the pain of losing children when seen in bigger perspective. So he decided to fight back instead, against the biased judicial system of India, where men and their family, are heavily deprived of even basic judicial protection against false allegations. Just keep showing him the love of a father, even in the face of separation and difficult circumstances. It might help him understand, when he's older, if you keep a diary or journal dedicated to your thoughts of him. Or write letters but keep them until he is older and he wants to know why you couldn't be there with him. Just show him the love of a father never stops, like you already are. Even with the distance. The alienation. Stay strong. I hope you can share more time with your son. Take care

The guy here is many levels above the woman right from looks to behaviour , it is sad that he is suffering this . Some tips for guys : 1. Don't be overtly emotional with your wife atleast for the initial few years . Be a responsible driver of your car. 2. Don't be too decent with inlaws there is a tendency of people walking over you if you are nice. 3. Don't let the other party think that then can get away doing shit things to you I believe this in-laws thing should be clear at first. ,Tell before the girl family that she need to live with in laws , if they are comfortable then only proceed ahead

Married couple should live in a separate house to avoid clashes with other family members. Why do men expect women to leave their family to live with inlaws if he's not doing the same ? Women should have financial independence even b4 marriage . A man or woman who is not financially independent should not marry . Both set of parents & other family should not interfere in the couple's life . They can get professional help if they have problems.

Please tell him to contact Adv Nitish Banka ( lexspeak KZbin channel). He is working on filing PIL in Supreme court or may be honourable high court to get directions within existing framework so that fair investigation should take place at police level and speedy trail in courts. He needs volunteers with strong evidence.

innocent husbands fight legally. never compromise. law people file cases only according to given sections to them. they have no freedom to investigate and give report on the ground reality. so the police are to just to support the sections which they filed on the husbands. So, fight legally in the court with proper evidence and show the right path to the wife and her behind persons for misusing the police and the courts precious time. in family matters there is no need of lawyers. husband can represent his own. so, learn the law related to your issues and fight for at least justice.
