The glossier deodorant is the best! I have been using it since it launched too! I have sensitive underarms to ‘normal’ deodorant and have had bad reactions to many brands of ‘natural’ deodorants but have NO issues with the glossier one! I’m not a super sweaty person but it gets me through the day and spin classes 😊

With LED masks I would always check the wavelengths because there is only one combination that is proven to work. I returned my beauty bay one as it uses the cheaper 850nm vs 830nm which isn’t proven to work. Combination of 633 and 830 are best, like current body

Not sure if you've already read them but I would highly recommend Book Lovers by Emily Henry and Tomorrow & Tomorrow & Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin. Both were fantastic. I also loved Demon Copperhead for the writing but I took issue with a couple of the plot points. I'd still recommend it though.

I am actually reading Demon Copperhead at the minute. I was a bit worried, as I just read The Bee Sting, which is quite heavy (great book!). However, I am finding Demon Copperhead okay so far (1/4 way through) mostly because it is written from a child's perspective, which makes it seem a bit lighter, even though the subject matter is still difficult.
