In my opinion I think you should keep this on. Not only would you not be able to switch users at all until you turn it off but also if you accidentally open the wrong game, you have to wait for it to open to leave instead of just pressing b.

This is also bad idea if you use multiple user as multiple save file if a game only give you one saved game per user so you don't lose your main save just to start a new game. Like with breath of the wild and Tears of the kingdom

Yep! I disabled it on my own Switch as I have only one user profile there, but if I do eventually want to share it, or create a separate profile so I could start with a clean save file for if I were to create a dedicated videogame KZbin channel and want to record longplays for that, I'd have to turn the feature off.
