Great podcast, very good clear information. Ma'am as an experienced pilot please talk about what are your takeaways from pilot career apart from the flying aspect of it. For instance how to not be burnt out with such strenuous effect on the circadian rhythm day in day out. What kind of diet to maintain, since pilots hardly spend time at home, but while travelling, it's tough to find healthy options and easy to get lured into buffet at hotel. I'm a pilot, just recently inducted into airlines, so such tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It’s difficult to estimate exactly how many CPL holders are well prepared and actively looking to get a job. But as we speak in March 24, there are multiple vacancies with relatively significant induction volume. So we really think that not getting job opportunity right now is not the situation that the pilot industry is facing right now. Had it been 2 years ago, definitely there was a problem of jobless pilots. But right now, it doesn’t seem to be that significant.
