It’s very hard for people that used to be working for such a long time and dedication for a company. It becomes part of their identity. When they leave, they lose part of it. Would be great if Ferrari has a department that connects retired people, something like a community to still give those people a purpose, inviting them to events, asking for their wisdom and advice for certain topics.

Me and my wife had visited at Maranello Ferrari Museum and factory tour last week. I have forgotten to ask about Irmo who had work there. After visited in Ferrari, I think I would like to join there.
