1:40 I'm not an expert at interactions, but the way Trump thinks it should work (3/1 becoming a 2/4) is how it would work if you had an "aura" effect, like Stormwind Champion, that is always present. The passive treasure instead gives your minion +1/+1 when it enters your side of the field, but doesn't continue giving that +1/+1, so if the minion is silenced, it loses the +1/+1.

Yeah it isnt a passive buff that is being constantly applied but is an action that takes place as the game starts, like baku etc. It even takes up a slot in the action bar.

On the other hand I have a really easy time believing the algorithm can't see forward two seconds, and it was probably not updated after the creature with 'spell damage on next spell' was added into the game to take that into account for its calculations.

The obvious comparison for an invincible 5/5 is Dreadsteed. The 4 mana 1/1 sees occasional use in Darkest Hour warlock as a token. It has a small effect as the game goes on and is generally not worth removing. I would say that a 10 cost 5/5 with immune could work, but only in certain classes that cannot cheat with it, such as warlock or priest. If you put in, say, druid, you might get it gloop sprayered or something and cause serious problems balance wise...
