The aestethics of this house is awesome. that mix of whites, grays and beiges. Not to forget, those wooden accents, man! BTW, that short part where they got surprised by that closet, I suggest if you have similar kinds, include it because the spontaneity (That reactions from Julia and John(?) was funny in a good way) gives added value to your tours! Everytime I watch Presello, I get inspired to work harder in order to reach my dream home one day. So far, this house is the my most preferred kind of home. Yep. One of first concerns. But...if I'm not mistaken, yun subdivision na to ay nasa mataas na lugar at hindi bahain. And I think napag-isipan na yan ng designer/developer lalo na considering the price.

There are two drainage na magkasunod, if sobrang lakas ng ulan at may makalusot sa unang drainage merong sasalo na pangalawa :) it was well thought out by the engineer.

I’ve seen this house on another video! One of the highlights was the concrete blocks that the designer used for its walls. I think adding a little knowledge on how that particular house was built (esp engineered/out of the traditional materials) are enlightening. Just my opinion :)

Damn this house is my fave so far. It may be far from the center of the city but it seems worth it bc at the end of a busy day in fast-paced Manila, you get to go home in this peaceful home. Also, if I were to transform the basement room, I'd turn it into a mini ballet studio hehe

The basement room would definitely be something versatile. I feel a small gym space with mirrors one side would be great. Then set up a short throw projector above the wall so you can also watch while working out. There would be bean bags piled up in one corner so if ever, you can still use it as a theatre.
