Happy Belated Birthday to Pei!!! And I hope you're having a great senior year so far!!! In the spring, I'm starting my first semester as a liberal arts student after 1.5 semesters of the culinary arts program (the program was taking a toll on my mental health), so I'm really excited to be doing something school-related that is not cooking!!! I do have an expanded taste though (and more friends than I did before I'd joined the program...and more cooking skills)!!! Anyway, thank you for this video!!!
