My dwi 17 years ago 1700 $ fine, interlock device (250$) a month, probation 3vyears for 50$ a month, overnight jail, drug and alcohol counseling 80$ a week , drunk driving course and came up on background checks and fucked jobs. Inevitably I ended up giving my license back as insurance also skyrocketed and moved to NYC for public transpo where I became a low bottom drunk until last year. I recently reapplied for license which cost $500, and have to repeat written test etc. I have been considered pretty and then young. Stop spreading such an ignorant narrative.

Way back when my wife and I were dating (I was 21, she was 19) we were being morons on the way back from picker her car up at the mechanic’s. We were speeding, passing each other recklessly, etc. Suddenly 2 state troopers were behind us and pulled us over, about a quarter mile apart. Not even three minutes later, I saw her pass by. She got a warning, I got a reckless driving and speeding citations. That’s when I was made aware of female privilege. When I asked the officer how it was possible my girl got left go with a warning, he replied that it was obvious that I was influencing her to drive poorly. That’s the number one rule of female privilege: a woman’s bad acts are because some man is causing her to do it. Young girls are just naive little sweethearts, until some asshole with a dick shows up and ruins it for her. I took that lesson to heart.

My claim is that police officers with BWCs are now WAY better than they were when they acted with impunity because their words and deeds were not recorded. I don't think the same thing would have happened today based on my premise. Do you think my wife would’ve complained and demanded that the officer’s superiors review the video because they DIDN’T write her citations? Do you think women today that get a pass because they pushed up their tits are demanding body camera footage review? Furthermore, police have discretion in these matters. They can choose to downgrade offenses (as you see in this video) or simply allow you to go with a warning. They can see you speeding or running a light and choose not to pursue you. That’s 100% legal. The only thing that would have changed is that the officer would have been less honest with me, and gave me a canned response or pretended to be ignorant. The body cameras do nothing to dissuade police from handing out female privilege. The entire judicial system routinely allows females to go with warnings, charge fewer counts/downgrade charges, and seeks more lenient penalties for females. Judges give lighter sentences to females. And of course, society as a whole runs defense for female suspects. We saw this recently with the female teacher that was impregnated by a 13 year old boy and left off with probation, the justification being that the boy had culpability and must have “seduced” the teacher. It is just how it is, and we all know it.

Here, in Scotland, there is a zero tolerance for drinking and driving. Breathalyzer tests are set at the lowest level possible, while allowing for trace alcohol from other sources. It is lower than other UK countries. I think this girl would serve prison time for this. I also think that some of these male officers should be undergoing further training with regards to bias. A pretty face and deliberate flirting might have gotten her this far but she will , hopefully learn that: a drunk (male or female) is not attractive and, even less so when seriously injured, dead or, convicted of manslaughter.

Well the United States is completely different from Scotland. The US has over 330 million people to Scotlands 5 million. If the United States sent everyone who had even a trace of alcohol in their system to prison it wouldn't be able to. Prisons are already overcrowded and now a lot of states aren't even arresting people for smaller non violent crimes. So now there's an issue with shoplifters because the US can't handle the overcrowding in their prisons. They even had to allow privately owned prisons to lift the burden in public prisons. Scotland can easily contain 5 million people as it's a pretty homogeneous country and can easily handle their prison system
