I was thinking probably because, according to what's been mentioned In the video, he was minding his own business, and some dude on a power trip didn't like that, then got all his other power trip buddies involved to bully someone minding their business. I personally would really hate for minding my own business to escalate as such.
@two_another2 ай бұрын
True I wonder if he had something in there lol but really while I agree some of his behavior was unneeded and didn’t help his case, really the gym teacher made such a drama out of the whole thing by calling the school police on someone… And then having the school police fail at de escalation. Really it was so unneeded even though I do agree he should have just listened to not drag it out and make it worse. But the gym teachers in high school tend to take it super seriously and demonize those who don’t bend to their will… So I don’t blame him for not wanting an unconsented search because of this. But it is also true that maybe he shouldn’t bring anything bad to school if he doesn’t want his bag looked in. But that gym teacher was power hungry idc lmao like why are you dragging it with someone who’s already feeling bad it won’t end well 😑

They called the cops to get her to delete a video that was (most likely) the teacher acting unprofessional or ridiculous.

The kid in the gym was being loud, but it was for a good reason. He knew that 1. That was unnecessary use of force 2. In no way is "not listening" when not suspected of a crime illegal nor even worth being detained. Was that the best approach? No, which is why his father cooperated, bc he knew if his son had cooperated it'd be an easy lawsuit. Still for sure have a case, but that's not gonna look the best in court. TLDR: kid was smart, just not smart enough to not talk and do what the cops say to build a case

Yes they’re kids, but you’re not understanding regardless of age they are just as capable of harming themselves and others just as much as an adult can. I’m not saying that every situation should be dealt with in this way, but at some instances it is necessary to protect the juvenile AND those around them. In any violent outbursts that arise where force is necessary involving a juvenile is a point where CPS become involved and the situation at home is investigated for the well-being of the juvenile.
