Hi Sujit, thank you for your very kind comment, it is much appreciated 🙂 the house is 116m2 plus the 49m2 garage. There are 3 bedrooms but it could be 4 by also using the dining room, as there is a shower room/WC on that floor also - it would make an amazing holiday rental. It is €135,000 and in addition you need to consider the €11,400 notaire fee (that includes all the registration taxes/fees, so with that you’re all paid-up).
