You're channel periodically pops into my recommended. Its odd really. I'm not subscribed to you, I've bindged a few of your videos but not religiously, I've never played a single level of Star Fox. Yet here you are, and here I am. Watching a video about characters who's names and backstorys I don't know not would I remember if told. But I keep watching. I keep watching because you have a way with animation. I don't know how you animate, but from the look of it you appear to be one of the few remaining of a dying breed. An animator who starts with a drawing, carefully crafting each frame, each movement, expression, reaction, and shadow. Don't ever, and I mean ever give this up. You are good at it, perhaps one day even great, and you are good at something with few other to compare. Keep doing what you do. If nothing else it will leave a legacy for those after you who may not follow in your footsteps, but similar ones.

This whole thing is already one of my favorite things ever. The non sequential clips alone are amazing. The unique representations of all the characters and interpretation of obscure plot elements that barely were explored in the games and expanded media are something I have always wanted from the franchise since the first game. Whenever this finally gets put together into a complete story, I think my head might explode ... from joy. The willfully 70's animation and sound make this one of the most amazing animation projects I've ever seen. Just ... wow. The love and dedication going into this just blows me away. Kudos. ALL the Kudos.

God, I know. It feels objectively silly to say about an incomplete fanmade StarFox adaptation, but the dialogue in this series is literally some of the best writing I have ever heard in any medium. It's so rich and lived-in and real, and yet has the incredible efficiency of classic movie dialogue. These characters reveal so many different dimensions of themselves through what they say and how they say it. It certainly helps though that the voice acting is pitch perfect. There's a lot of otherwise good professional animation (looking at you Netflix Castlevania) in which the dialogue sounds like it was read in alphabetical order, in one take, so that decent dialogue performed by good actors still ends up sounding stilted and awkward. A Fox in Space, by comparison, is just impeccable.
