Today I want to share with you a very simple and quick puff pastry snack recipe. A friend told me this trick, and it really works!
Ingredients:
Puff pastry - 1 sheet
Boiled sausage
Mozzarella cheese
Boiled eggs -
Egg - 1 pc. for lubrication
Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.
Grate the boiled sausage and place it on the dough.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Grate the boiled eggs and place them on top.
Roll the dough into a log.
Brush the roll with egg.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Ready!
