Been living in Henderson for 22 years, the progress is so fast that I cannot count how many construction I see while I drive,. Henderson is a very nice place, I hope it will not be transformed to the like of North Las vegas. Everything here is spacious, so much to move on, no bumper to bumper traffic. I love the so many different kinds of restaurant in here, you could taste any food that is serve around the World.

Great video! Been living in Green Valley Ranch since 1997. The District, Green Valley Ranch Casino, etc. was just dirt back then. We absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here!!

I like watching these videos and dreaming, but in reality you need a lawyers salary to live here. If you make anything under 100k annually then you have no chance.

True. That's why I gave up transferring jobs. You have to make like 6x the rent each month to qualify for an apartment. No one makes that!!

Only reason it’s noteworthy is because people compare and contrast Henderson to Summerlin so much. (Summerlin is not a city while Henderson is one with separate resources)
