Ange looks lovely as always 😇👌 glad to hear Ange son is doing a bit better 🙏Beautiful location looks a lovely place and bed & breakfast for that price is great BUT them sausages 🤔you would think as it a farm it would have local products not 🐩 sausages!! 🤣 and why do they put toast and butter on the same plate have they not got any side plates to put it on ?🤷‍♀️But then again if you was staying there for B&B it's good enough, that's great that you're taking the family to the BBC 2 festival going to be a great time there, you deserve more time with your family Lee 😊🎶👍😘

What a gem of a place Angie found! The Larch Farm has it all, what a beautiful place and with such a varied menu, too. Note to self: Tinned plum tomatoes for Lee. £60 for a night to stay in a place like that, superb value. 7.4 for me. Crispy potatoes (king Edward potatoes as they go super crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside) with a lovely farmhouse breakfast, none of that hash brown shenanigans. That looked good quality bacon, perfect eggs. If I'm considering getting away for a night or two, thats the kind of place I would opt to stay at.

It looked ok mate. I’m completely with you on the fried bread and tomatoes. I love black pudding too. Looks a lovely place but I much preferred the look of the fry up you had at the bakery place about 3 or 4 videos ago. I’ll go 6.5/10. Great review mate👍

Mr Mac, the sausages 07:50 are like that because they have been deep fried. Cafes do that because it saves time over slowly pan frying them, but for me it kills the taste and texture.

My late stepdad, 6'6, not an ounce of fat on him, ate that for his dinner every night with sauteed potatoes in butter. Throughout the day he'd eat a ton of sweet stuff/cakes, never put an ounce on. I only have to walk near a cake shop & I've put on 2lb!

Looked delicious. I was at an Abbey once with my Mansfield friends but I've no idea if it was the same one. But it was a Sunday and later we stupidly didn't allow enough time for me to get to East Midlands Airport for my Glasgow flight home. A friend of theirs did his best to try to get me there on time but I missed my plane. Luckily there was another one going to Glasgow that night.

Great review as ever. I thought 7 was a bit harsh I would have gone 8 great value at £7.99 & the location was great. As to the eggs & Tomatoes, the eggs looked perfect & the tomato it looked ok, but tinned would ruin it for me so just shows it's all about opinions. Same as Lee, eggs flipped over for no more than few seconds, fried bread(my dads were the best) butchers sausage, thick cut unsmoked bacon, Italian plum tomatoes, mushrooms, beans sometimes & defo no hashbrowns! But occasionally an oatcake thrown in! (Controversial😂) coz I'm from Derbyshire👍
