Thanks so much, Mac! Thoroughly enjoyed this video, and felt like we were right there with you. Great filming and editing, that has to be a chore. I'm with you on the cost for Virgin economy, far too much for 10 hrs round trip of general discomfort and so few bathrooms. But hey, gotta get there somehow, love your channel, keep up the good work!

Hey Lee, I watch all your vids. I used to work at RR testing engines. They lift the engine cowlings to add oil, check mcd's (magnetic chip detectors) etc. The cowlings are a snug fit so a little pressure is required to allow for the four or five securing clips to be latched. It did look a little unprofessional doing it with his feat but it works!! He's probably done it a thousand times before. Have a good time in Vegas. Cheers, Geoff from Derby.

On your flight back, keep an eye out for Janet Air or just Janet as it’s know. It will be a white bodied aircraft with a red band down the sides of it over the windows, with no markings no name. This airline flys employees of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF) and fly them to DOD facilities. The flights from Harry Reid will mainly fly to Groom lake/Homey AKA Area 51. That will keep Geoff the conspiracist, sorry Geoff buys cars interested 😂

I could do about 8 return trips to America for that price! Your flights to Perth were cheaper than that. You should try Norse Atlantic Airways. I’m flying them direct from London Gatwick to Las Vegas on the Dreamliner for £218 return. That doesn’t include meals, seat selection or bags etc but it’s still a bargain. Great airline from my experience, good inflight entertainment. Their inaugural flight to Las Vegas is starting very soon. They are also going to start a service from Gatwick to Cape Town. You can usually get a free window seat if you ask the check-in agent nicely. I’m also doing London to Los Angeles for £225 return and Oslo to Bangkok for £190 return with them. You should give them a try. You seem to fly Virgin Atlantic all the time even though they are overpriced and pretty mediocre 😂 Would be fantastic to see you fly Norse and British Airways

Lee I really enjoyed this Journey as I do all your others, Flying over Rock Springs and taking a pic at the 1 hour 6 minute made my day, that's the little airport we flew into in January 1976 when my family emigrated to the states, cold as hell in winter, we lived in that area until 1994, I grew up not far from you, my wife is from Woodhouse, in fact quite a few mining families moved from the Mansfield area to Green River/Rock Springs Wyoming at that time. When I hit Vegas its always culture shock for me, no matter were you come from its full on like no other place, when we first went to Vegas you could get a decent room in a casino for $20 a night, a breakfast was just a few bucks, how things have changed, Enjoy yourself, we will be watching, Id love to see Martin join you again. The Resort Fees Suck, I think the airlines started this add on fees crap, now everybody has jumped on greed bandwagon, the Casino's started to charge parking fees, that was dropped after a while, the resort fees are here to stay, they've got us by the short n curlies.

Hey Lee, as an avid aviation buff myself can I give you some advice on filming planes. Your shots of planes overhead and close to landing are quite good, but for the love of Pete when a plane is spooling up its engines and begining its takeoff roll, film the whole takeoff. I'd rather see a few really good complete takeoffs than a dozen short clips of planes beginning their takeoff roll.

Lee with all the flying you do around the world surely you must be in a frequent flyer clubs. Save those points up for an upgrade for when you travel long distances. Or do what i do with Virgin if you can in the UK. Pick a window seat and check seating every few days. If people sit next to you pick another seat that's empty. Usually 2 days before check in they usually release all unsold seats forward of the wings. No cost for an up grade and get a window seat up the front and free🤔🤔🇦🇺🦘🪃🇦🇺🦘🪃 That's if you book through the app.
