Haven’t watched yet as I love watching Your videos while I’m at the gym but I wanted to let You know that I didn’t have a gym membership until I started watching your channel when you first made a channel- now I can see the difference in how I look but more importantly I feel strong !! Great vlog as always, really enjoyed this one. I used to train hard pre lockdowns and then kinda fell off the wagon.. I have recently jumped back on and feeling so much better for it. Really enjoyed watching this and I will be pinching some ideas!!

Hey Zoe, your videos always make me so motivated to do more with my fitness routine so keep them coming! Especially in the colder months. Do you ever have sessions where your trainer is present with you or is it just done through the app? I’ve been considering a trainer for so long but am not a fan of one on one sessions, I’d rather have the routine written down to do at my own pace

Hyrox is on my bucket list! My friend just competed in the Glasgow one and loved it! I’ve been inspired by yourself ever since your first hyrox and really want to be able to do 1!! I’m 9 weeks post op after gyne surgery and really want to get my fitness back up so will be looking for your inspo going forward this year ♥️🫶🏻

As I get more into this Vlog, I may just steal your training session and trial it out, as a semi beginner (I have weight trained in the past and ran) would you be able to do a vlog with a weekly training schedule for beginners such like me? Xx

Oh should mention too that I’ve had back problems in the past when running so after seeing the chiropractor he suggested running on grass or treadmill for a while when starting running, so I’m going to start with the couch to 5k again, fingers crossed in the next couple of weeks and build myself up from there xx

Love love love it!! I’d like to try hyrox, is there any overhead in the competition Zoe? I saw you did shoulder press in your training. I love training but can’t do any over head training with weights x

Thanks for the fitness related vlog. Was brilliant motivation as I try to work out 5 days a week with 2 rest days. Usually cardio at the gym. Sure that with your training plan you will qualify for the world championships. Hope you're well ❤🎄❄️
