Amen! I agree and am grateful to God for this general in His army who has with his wife and team been so faithful thru such difficult days. There’s always been truth hope love and peace passed along. Brother Dutch, ALL of your GH15 family, millions of us btw, have been fed through your true heart for the Lord! Yet even as I listened today to this past post, joy IS hidden in your heart, yet remnants of sadness is heard in your voice. To push THROUGH as you did, is part of what encourages us daily! Now my JOY 💖. I am blessed with a daughter who was my personal reason I fell into the arms of our Savior. At 16, she became a 'run-a-way'. When she finally came home at 20, she did so under the control of a diagnosed sociopath, for 12 years, UNTIL he put a gun to her head. She is 38 now, slowly, not knowingly, walking toward, The Light. Was led to an artist who painted a picture of a girl with her dog (and she has always kept one by her side), walking out of a forest of darkness, towards a distant light. Took it to Hobby Lobby to mat and frame for her Christmas, and was IMPORTANT in the spirit realm, she receive ON Christmas. But, they ended up telling me they were overloaded, would NOT be done until after New Year. With laughter, I proclaimed right there, in front of everyone waiting, that they would call me on the 23rd to come pick up. The sales lady argued. And I said, 'ma'am, Jesus is Lord over my life and He says ANYTHING is possible for those who love and follow Him!' She Was shaking her head as I departed, laughing all the way. I RECEIVED THE PHONE CALL LAST NIGHT, THE 23rd, laughing uncontrollably when HL showed on my phone. My art was ready to be picked up❗️ May each of you receive a measure of joy unspeakable, in this season of miracles, especially for Genie and Joseph, you know who I am speaking, and of the miracles I have been praying for you to, receive 🙏🙏 👑

Thank you Jesus for coming to us thousands of years ago. We are so blessed to know you and have you as the very center of our Christmas. Our family is facing our first Christmas without our precious grandaughter Sophie. Her verse of hope was Romans 8:18. She fought bravely against lukemia with little complaints. Life will never be quite the same without out our fiesty life loving precious girl. But...we have assurance we will be with her again. Our hearts are still broken with her absence but we trust the plans of God though we don't understand. Merry Christmas to all even in the midst of all our heart aches. Happy birthday Jesus!

Thank you for this post this morning brother Dutch. I have fond memories of my childhood growing up the fourth of six children as we got older and married, we all would go back to our father‘s house and celebrate an open gifts together. Mom was sick a lot so she was in the hospital. Our father was a not only our father, but he showed us how to love other others. He was a giving man. If daddy would’ve had his way, he would’ve never wanted any of us to marry and leave Home. And I praise God for giving me a wonderful husband of 52 years and that I was able to take care of him in our home when he developed dementia, he died in my arms. These are the memories that I hold onto and I know one day I will see Jesus face-to-face, and all of his glory, and I will see my husband our children That are up there. I have many losses, but through it all I’ve learned to trust in Jesus and I’ve learned to trust in God for I am standing on a firm foundation. I’m standing on the rock of all ages. Jesus Christ my soon coming king God bless your ministry. God bless your family. May our father made every need that you have according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus. Merry Christmas 🎄♥️🙏

Christmas was always special, Dad loved to decorate the tree, each strand of tinsel was placed just so and Mom took joy in stuffing our stockings, surprising us by cracking a walnut in half, removing the nutmeat, and replacing it with a dime or nickel.

Precious memories are so special. One of the most important goals of a mother is to raise our children with special moments that grow into treasured memories that they carry into adulthood and into their own families. Even though I was raised in a “traditional religion” that did teach about Jesus in the manger…not in my heart; I still have precious memories of our Christmas times together. My father would “load us” into his large duffle bag like Santa, and carry us around like a bag of gifts…then dump us onto the bed. We would then say our nightly “I lay me down to sleep” prayer after we had carefully placed cookies, carrots, and a glass of milk out for Santa and his reindeer. Thankfully I met Jesus as my Savior and taught our children that He alone is the center of Christmas. We made a birthday cake and sang “happy birthday dear Jesus” I pray that everyone will create a special memory this year.

Prayers please for my born again nephew, a vet in early 40's, in huge debt, not able to work regular job bc of health issues from military. Turned down for Veteran disability and now waiting for lawyers to fight his case to appeal the V.A. decision. He hasnt seen his dad since he was 2, so I'm Praying, Psalm 68:4-6 God is Father to the fatherless, HE brings the lonely into families.
