A Fun Day With Al From

The rest of the (edited) footage from the day spent with Al from @strc over at his place driving pretty much everything around. This is mostly us just driving around and laughing at the mistakes and tumbles, I was responsible for many of them LOL! A huge thanks to Al for graciously letting be beat up some of his big bashers and have a wonderful time over there with him!! We had a great time, and I hope you get a few laughs from the footage. I know it is kind of long, but this was about 3 hours of footage trimmed down to under 20 minutes! It was a lot of driving!!!

It was a great day out there! We had so many laughs at each other tumbling around, mostly me tumbling, and so much general RC babble. Not too often I get out with anyone else and Al spoiled me with all the big, cool RCs to drive! Glad you enjoyed it!

Yes, he takes care of it back there! It was a ton of fun ripping around out there and yeah, that Asuga buggy is crazy powerful! I did kind of fall in love with the giant Notorious truck though. It is an amazing beast and is very well mannered to drive. Sounds like a full sized truck driving past you as well! LOL! We had a great time and there were plenty of laughs with them all! We had a great time out there and it is not too often I am able to get out and run stuff like this. It was very generous of Al to bring out so many of his cool buggies and trucks for me to drive. I am in love with that giant Notorious now! Such a beast but very easy to drive!

It was really fun driving those big mega-powered beasts that Al has! The video doesn't do them justice, they are big and way faster feeling in real life! So much fun was had and we were both laughing all the time at each other tumbling around. I definitely led in category! LOL! Glad you enjoyed us being big kids out there and goofing around! Oh Mark, it was a great time. So many laughs, mostly from me wrecking something! It was really cool to drive some of Al's big toys around and just have a care free day! I was nervous at times driving some of them just because they were 4 times larger and more powerful than any of mine but nothing broke and it was a great day! Not too often I get out with others but I really should, it is a lot of fun! I hope you are doing well my friend and have a great rest of your week!

It was a great time out there and it was a real treat to drive some of those high horsepower, giant RCs Al has. I may be in love with that big ol Notorious a little LOL! It is such a beast but also very easy to drive! Lots of fun and laughs out there.

@@AddamsPlayground Love my arrma 1/5th outcast, but man it is expensive to fix. chassis is toruqued right now debating on stock for 60 or 150 for mc2 on mine. get one you will smile for miles.

Man, that Notorious is scary when it come rumbling towards you at speed, fun and hilarious but scary too! LOL! It sounds like it weighs 100 pounds and wants to hurt you but it drives super nice. If I were to get a giant one it would be this or the 8s Kraton. He said that is the on I am driving so I am looking forward to seeing how that one drives.

It was a great time out there and I was trying to take it easy with them. You definitely need some wide open space for these big powerful ones. I am kind of in love with the big Notorious, that thing is a beast but very well mannered! I did earn the tumbleweed name out there with his buggy. Thankfully nothing broke and it was a very fun day. Al is a great guy and to hand over some very high dollar RCs without a doubt was super generous!!

It was a ton of fun out there, so many tumble and laughs! The Promoto bikes were a blast and thankfully (by luck) we avoided the head on collision with them!! They are a lot of fun to watch rip around out there!

All got all the air, my runs were just hopping over the hill trying to not tear anything up! LOL! It is a little intimidating when someone hands you a $1000 RC and say have at it! LOL! Thankfully everything went well and not damage reported! The bikes were a blast and so fun seeing both out ripping around out there!

It is a terrific spot out there, especially for the big ones!The track is great fun with any size RC, we had just as much fun with the Groms out there as we did with the bigger ones! It was a really fun day of laughing and running a lot of really cool RCs!

Al can get some hang time with those big rigs and you got some decent air with the losi. The promoto on the dirt ripping up looked like scale dakar rally

Yeah, he is much more used to the big size and power of those things! I was just trying to not break anything! LOL! It was still a blast ripping them back and forth and laughing at the goofy amount of power they have! The Pro-Moto bikes were a blast out there and so much fun to see two of them tearing around. Sadly by the time we made it to the dirt road Al's battery died and mine was on its way out. The donuts with it made me smile and it as fun to see it kicking up the dust as it drove down it. Where the video cut is where my battery cut out and it freewheeled to a stop! LOL!

It was a great day out there and much needed laughs and fun! Maybe in the future we get together and do some collabs together, that would be fun! The promoto bikes are a lot of fun and more fun when we both have one. Riding wheelies and seeing them jump is so cool.

Not a save, 100% dumb luck! I don't think either one of us saw each other coming until it was right there and too late to do anything, just clench up and hope for the best! Thankfully nothing got damaged from the whole day and it was all laughs and smiles!

It's a large property and that field is perfect fro big and fast devices (planes)... great!! Water needed to complete the perfect RC park!! Ciao

Al has a perfect spot for RCs that's for sure! He would have watered the track the night before but we were supposed to have gotten rain overnight that did not happen so things were very dusty. It was still a loads of fun and I would really be able to blow the dust off the have to clean wet stuff off so it was fine with me! It was so much fun drive some of his big toys around and race around with him, a great day!

Driving these big and powerful ones is far from my normal! I enjoyed it but it is a nerve wracking when they are so expensive and not yours! I really did have a blast with them and that big Notorious is my favorite so far, what a monster but it drives so nice.

It was a treat, especially the Notorious, I kind of fell in love with that beast. Huge and powerful but a well mannered one. Still rowdy and scary when it flies by but so easy to drive! Yes, that was about the only thing missing except I would need someone else cooking! We were having way to much fun to stop! We had a great time and it was so cool getting to drive some of those big powerhouse RCs around. That Arrma Notorious is a awesome beast. Rowdy and fast but so nice to drive! I could spend all day out there listening to it rumble by and float over that hill!

It was a great day out there, much laughing at all the tumbles and wrecks (most were mine)! We need to do this more often, sadly it had been a year already since the last time we got together! You've got friends, at least me!! Friends with big, expensive RCs that just laugh when you tumble it 35 feet across the yard... I am not sure how I got that lucky!!!

@@AddamsPlayground The Losi mini bikes at the end were aewsum! That is the first time ive ever seen those run. How do they stay upright so good? And i also bet those aren't cheap?

@@David-mf9bk They have a high speed, weighted flywheel inside as a gyroscope so once they are moving about walking pace they want to stay upright. They also have a 6-way gyro in there so it know where the bike is orientated at any given time and can make adjustments to throttle, brake and steering to keep it stable. It is a very smart piece of technology!!! They are not cheap but considering all the tech, R&D and toughness in these it is an acceptable price. Currently about $550-600 for it RTR. I normally don't spend that much but this one was worth it both for the fun and the amazement factor of it!

Yeah it was a blast out there! We laughed and talked about anything and everything all day! He kept the track fairly simple as the grandkids got out there with him and run around on it so until they get a little bigger he wanted it pretty simple. It is great for the big fast ones but still fun with the smaller ones as well. The bikes are always so much fun and the video does not do them justice. So much bigger and more exciting in real life!

@@AddamsPlayground Yeah...my track only has one small jump. This way I can run my vintage stuff without destroying them. Plenty of room on that track to ad some jumps later on. :) Glad you had fun out there before the cold weather hits!

One is a vent pipe for something, not sure what. The other is a steel t-post to help protect the PVC pipe from getting hit at full steam by one of those big trucks! Normally when he is out there alone he stays a good ways away from it it, since both of us were running around I was sticking to one side and he was to the other at times to avoid a head on crash!
