Beautiful home even as is I agree kitchen and WC changed and windows cleaned up and fireplaces as well. Storage heaters out this would make a great income property having fixed up and closed off the below. I loved one of the wallpapers the floral the other could go. Such a lovely garden space and patio garden for the flat below with some love and care and fixing of the stairs up. Even just sanding the flooring would come up a treat. I don't like textured walls so that would have to come off. A great place that even Morris wallpaper would be lovely in. Thank you Simon for sharing with us. Another lucky buyer this will be.

Amazing! If walls could talk what history! What a place it could be only hope whoever buys it, I hope they do it justice….I’m thinking a business with a good size living space above….although, parking and changing its use as a business premises might be difficult to get. B&B maybe? Be interesting to find out what the other houses next door have done/changed.
