When they showed Jess's new room, I hated it! Pink is not a good colour. UGH! It looked like the room was dipped in Pepto Bismol! 🤢 Her mother is an idiot! She should listen to her daughter. My Daddy made me my own special room that was every teenage girl's dream while I was at Diabetic Summer Camp when him and my Momma were dating because I had cousins who would steal from me and I'd have to go to their house and get my stuff back or my Daddy would replace it if they ruined it and I was upset because I always took great care of my things, especially if they were gifts. All I knew was that while we were out shopping for what I needed for camp, he'd always go to Home Depot and would ask me what paint samples I liked? He'd show me pictures of bedrooms and asked which one I liked and he'd ask me what kind of bedroom would I like? I never caught on because I knew that he was a contractor before he went back into the military and that he probably had a client with a daughter my age. I came home from camp and my grandfather covered my eyes and my Daddy lead me into my room and it was like a fantasy land. I had a top of the line stero, could've done without the pink paint,but it was still pretty, a princess bed and white furniture, it was just beautiful. He also put a lock on my that was hard to get into and only him, my Momma, and I had a copy of the keys. My cousin tried to kick the door while I was at camp because she wanted to see my room and my Daddy told her to stop that was my room. She kicked the door again and my Daddy spanked her and told her that was my room and only I said who went in there and she wasn't going to even mess up the door or be given a chance to steal from me again. My uncle tried to come after my Daddy and my Daddy told him that he had 2 seconds to wait. LOL What hurt was that my Momma and I were living with my grandmother and my cousins were her favorite, and she never stopped them from stealing from me nor did she ever believe it when she was told that they did. She got upset too because my Daddy refused to give her a key to my room. When I was 15 my parents told me to come somewhere with them and we pulled up to a furniture store and my Daddy told me that I was a young lady now and I needed young lady bedroom furniture. I got upset because he wouldn't let get a Marilyn Monroe style bedroom set, but the other set got was beautiful too and a lot of hiding places. LOL It was also queen size too. I can understand fully why this little girl is hesitant and the mother needs to stop forcing the stepfather on the little girl. Am I the only one who wants to punch this so called mother?

@@Gingersnap-uv9rg Yeah the old format reminds me a lot of Either the old twilight zone or the Outer Limits style. Since then they have started filming on Digital media, instead of Film and they hired a new Narrator, and started building Sets rather than using all locations. It is quite the difference in comparison. Kinda cool, but for nostalgic reasons I do like these old episodes, and yes these are based on eyewitness testimony of real events as well as the new episodes. Neat huh?

I like watching this show. . Its really sad about the second story. That wa a a reallyl bad tragedy how Jenny died. And the detective that wasn't there to save her. And then be died. . This stuff is REAL people. This is the second episode I have seen someone die from a demon or a evil spirit. The first episode made me mad because the mother wouldn't listen to her child. Definitely from the 90's. To put into perspective the Lord of the Rings movies were released on 2000-2003, & the graphics of those movies still holds up to this day. These had to be made in the late 80's early 90's. I enjoy it though it is like a blast from the past. I really miss the 90's.

What some of yall need to understand is that parents action and how they raise you is based on what was and j6as been passed down to them, so stop all the shaming of the mother because you all dont know the whole story of that mothers life and reasons for action towards her daughter.
