Yeah you won! I was overwhelmed with not only your gingerbread house but Evie's also. The 1st thing I saw and liked was the shingle roof. Then I loved the stone pathway and snow. Well it looks like Evie is craft talented like her Mom. Lara is right behind her. I have to say I enjoyed this video. I would like to express my deep appreciation for your friendship all these years Hilary, due to my eyes and age, I would find a larger month-at-a-glance format more helpful. Beautiful job & such creativity in creating the textured details of the gingerbread house! We’ve also done the ‘healthy’ soda flavor trial because the flavors looked quite unique. We weren’t won over by the flavors we have tried so we have since begun trialing the ‘Spindrift’ flavors!

I purchased your planner and it is delightful. One suggestion would be to have and extra page after the monthly so that the daily would have a whole week at a glance on facing pages( Monday Tuesday Wednesday on the left and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on the right). One way to do that would be to enlarge the monthly spread to use the whole page and the two squares for notes can be moved to the facing ( extra page needed) page so the weekly can start on the left side.

It is such a beautiful piece of art, Hilary! Seriously cool. I understand the house going to chaos. Our church does a live nativity this weekend and I sew costumes, make cookies, help decorate etc. I homeschool and my daughter has had reading practice and counting by tens and that’s IT for school for the week. The sink is full of dishes every morning, I vacuumed for the first time in 10 days and our dog sheds her body weight each week so it’s pretty nasty. I am ashamed but I laugh because some things have to take precedent no matter how much laundry and dog hair are everywhere 🤣🤣 It’s a fun event where we get to share the gospel and make memories!! Some things are worth putting tidying on hold 🙂🙂
