A girl pulls a magical sword from a legendary dragon's head gaining infinite power to save the world

Really kind of skipped over the main part of the movie. A truce was made between men and dragons long ago which is where the magic barrier between the lands came from. The dragons began to die out because they breed by dying in battle. So by killing the last dragon and breaking the truce, she saves the species because from each death comes two new dragons. As the village kills more dragons after the barrier comes down, the dragons keep increasing in numbers until all the bad guys get killed off. After a final word with her mentor as he fades back into the dimensional void that he was sent, she takes his place as the head of the household.
