Jianjian's father is absolutely amazing. He is so considerate to his kids and his relationship with Heping is so funny sometimes. Heping is also very loving towards his son although in a more subtle way but as Long Xiao said THEY ALL LOVE EACH OTHER UNCONDITIONALLY. GO AHEAD is one of the most beautiful dramas together with another drama with Lee Jun Ho from 2PM (forgot the name of the drama)

But as soon as she started in on Jian Jian he shut her down and KEPT shutting her down. He straight told her you can do what you want to me, but he drew the line when it came to her doing anything wrong to Jian Jian. And made it VERY clear that if he had to choose between his bio family and her, he would cut them off in a second!

Its me again. This drama is the second one in two days that finally coming to one scene with the little sister in the superman suit, that I realized I had seen before. My medium-term memory cells are really starting to atrophy at my present age of 83+. I am unsure how it ends, but regarding my previous observation above, what ever personality quirks I had and have are mostly unrelated to my family life with my mother and father, except that they divorced when I turned 20-21. My father hidden infidelity has resulted in my present loyalty to my 3rd wife of 35 years.

Am not as plugged into chinese dramas especially if it's NOT a historical drama it was the Korean remake being announced that got me curious about the original and boom I find out not only 1 of my favorite chinese actors is the male lead but the story is so beautiful and heart warming . I haven't started the Korean version but I doubt it'll equal this instant classic Asian Drama :D
