Early on in your first box, you were curious about young Vynnset being Rare and Prism being Majestic. I think it's for Commoner purposes. Prism relies on the Figments and Angels to work and all 8 are Majestic and Suraya is L in Dynasty, so she doesn't translate to Commoner format in a way Vynnset does.
