I think bar none, this might be the best mod in how it expands the Legacy of the Void campaign and its systems. It's one of the most polished and highly worked on campaigns in this channel yet. Waiting for the Wings of Liberty from the same modmaker! Kudos

it's okay, a bit too overhwelming with how many effects, units, things to do there are ...and ngl the units ARE pretty op so the game has to balance that with OHKO attacks and overwhelming foes which are not the most fun thing to experience when you are placing 2 pylons for supplies

Had some cool stuff, I liked that it gave you lots of the 'hero' versions of the core units like Devouring One and Hunter Killer, but to compensate it made everything so extra and overwhelming to fight against. I got to korhol and just hated the bile launcher defence mission, tapped out there.

It is a fantastic mod with great ideas executed very well. My only complaint really, is the spam of particles, that needed to be toned down. But dang, the missions were just all from great to fantastic.

6:06 Well you did spend the entirety of LoV beating up Amon's hybrid, so it stands to reason by the epilogue he learnt that normal SCII units are the superior choice.

I think lore-wise, Kerrigan destroyed all his production facilities using the Swarm, and their numbers were already low thanks to Shakuras booming, then he used the rest of them as part of the raw resources to make his Host body in The Host, alongside many protoss/zerg.

To more-or-less reiterate what I said in my comment on the last video, this mission genuinely is one of my favorite modded missions of all time, and is a _fantastic_ ending to a _magnificent_ mod! I'm happy Grant enjoyed playing through it! This has been a wonderful ride to watch, and I'm now _very much_ looking forward to 1HP HotS!

There's no in-between. 22:46 The minimap is slowly getting filled with Thrasher shots. 26:50 That is a very good point. 26:54 They are OP. Most problems are fixed by throwing enough of them at the problem. Even if they deal 0.1 damage per shot, stim will literally pick up the slack. 28:55 Artanis is charismatic enough to make it work for him. The final fight was just a slugfest. Things got very chaotic, very fast.

Amith's Terran campaign has just released All In, so it's pretty close to completion, with some extra tuning and fixes planned. Nova and secret mission have been dropped, but everything else is functional. So... who knows, Revolution Overdrive in near future? :) Complete the -cycle- trilogy.

That still makes no sense, as all his forces in the epilogue, apart from the void trashers duran uses i think, are just summoned units, not actual people, so theres no reasons why he couldn't have just summoned a bunch of void hybrid. But whatever, the epilogue clearly wasn't a particular focus for them.

Please play off swarm next (very silly and unique every single thing in the faction gets modified even the expansion style (side note every unit has a silly name and kerrigans made me laugh unreasonable long) and the missions change a pretty good amount) or elite hyperion next (very cool and unique every single thing in the faction gets modified even the expansion style (side note defense structure are your best friend) and the missions change a pretty good amount). 🙏 I think you would love how unique the gameplay of them is.

​​@@Deathbrecht, what are you talking about? off swarm is just a weird version of the heart of the swarm campaign. Chat does nothing to influence it. The first attacking unit you get is a zing

I enjoyed LotV Chaos/Comic Sans mode, in terms of just "a weird version". It's clearly a testbed for more serious modding, but just having everything be buffed to be "super-great" versions of themselves is a fun run. And by super-great, I mean they are improved to the point of being unhelpful: Zealots long for combat and to be a good frontline, so their charge/aggro range is a whole screen away, in example. All monkey paw buffs. Sometimes the "joke"/meme ones get good ratings as people discover the jank trolling alongside Grant, sometimes they don't though, so don't know if it would be a good one for him, but as players/fans, it's a fun one to explore.
