Oof whatever the benefits of colostrum might be, there is no way it's derived in any sort of ethical way. It requires either taking a calf away from its mother almost immediately after birth, or milking away the colostrum before the calf can get to it, which deprives the calf of its essential nutrients & benefits. I'm also suspicious as to how much actual colostrum is in those suuplements. Colostrum is rare, as the cow only produces it for a very short amount of time. How are these companies selling big packages of colostrum for not very much money? I know the companies that sell colostrum claim it's "sustainably sourced" from "family farms" or whatever, but...nah.

no bc pilates is no joke! I used to do it everyday and in the last yr I was just doing a lot of hiit workouts and more fast moving ones and have only just started to get back into the hang of doing it again!
