Same! I've always been interested in goth culture but never took the jump into it until late last year. My top choices are Type O Negative, Scary Bitches, London After Midnight, and Siouxie & the Banshees.

Great to see some Bauhaus appreciation, Mask is a great album, good choice. Nice to see another one of these from you as its been a while, some good stuff on here as always. I've been a goth and into the music for probably close to 20 years or so now... not really a 'baby bat' anymore, but these playlists are fab, I like to use them for new discoveries. Theres stuff I may not have known about as the genre is so...vast and new stuff keeps coming out that I wont know or songs/bands which just passed me by. I'd never heard of Bat Nouveau from the very first playlist you'd ever made and now they're a firm favourite of mine. Keep up the good work!

As a second gen goth whos mother only really listened to Depeche Mode, at 27 I have somehow never really listened to the big bands like The Cure or Bauhaus (hence why I am here now). So hearing Tristania, a band that I found on my own and fell in love with back in 2011, here, on this playlist, was REALLY funny for me. If you end up making another one of these, I would recommend adding some of Theatre of Tragedy's older stuff, like from their album Velvet Darkness They Fear.

I'm 18 and i've been called goth throughout my teen year (negatively) just because i dress only in black. Of course i never thought i was and told those immature kids. I admit i've always had a certain attraction to dark stuff, dark stories and litterature/fiction with a gothic vibe. So maybe i was always goth in heart...Although musically i've only been into metal stuff. I guess here starts my actual goth journey :) thanks 🖤

Same here but I'm 22, always loved the aesthetic such as paintings and occult references but also clothing and I was also mocked for wearing black being super pale and having only a few friends ^^ I'm getting more into the music as well as the dark romanticism XIXth century literature

I'm so glad you're back in the saddle, because although your "makeup" is totally you, the "sound" is for everyone, I believe.
