The quest after one of the special animals in all of Asia, the Anatolian red stag in the rugged mountains of Central Turkey will be the grand adventure we are looking forward to sharing at A Hunter's Quest. The adventure will involve lots climbing and glassing of the thick forests high up the mountains. Taking advantage of the rut when the very clever and shy bulls will be calling similar to the elk of North America will be critical to have success. With limited tags available in the whole country and excellent game management, there is a strong chance to connect on a big trophy bull. Excited to share a epic adventure at A Hunter’s Quest, in one of the most fascinating countries in the world, after the grand Anatolian red stag.
The future of wild animals across the globe is dependent on our ability to sustain their constantly shrinking habitat. So the question remains. How does this help sustain and preserve the wildlands? It’s very simple, the local communities depend on the revenue generated from sportsmen. They also greatly benefit from the meat harvested during the safaris that take place on their land. Because of this, the game is protected and the habitat preserved.
In this video, we highlight how sustainable hunting makes a positive impact on the game, the wild lands, and local communities. Amazing people, unforgettable views, and an epic journey lie ahead.

This is one of the largest, the biggest and one of the Easternmost Subspecies of the regular Red Deer that is native to areas between the Black Sea and Caspian Sea such as Crimea, Asia Minor like in Central Anatolia or Modern Day Turkey, the Caucasus Mountains region bordering Europe and Asia, and along the Caspian Sea region in Iran. The Anatolian Red Stag or Caspian Red Deer are much larger than their European Counterparts found in the British Isles, Central and Western Europe and even introduce to Australia, Argentina and even New Zealand.
