I have to say this but why was a 2 year old outside playing unsupervised?
@abbygaileallbright0620

1. I don’t think she said, the baby was alone. 2. Since, you weren’t there. People who make assumptions often make jackasses out of themselves. 3. You and the few who liked this comment have the audacity, to use her story of healing; to judge her tragedy without facts is malicious. 4. Her story is positive, and you’re being obtuse. 5. Therapy is available, if you’re unable to analyze a video without negative feedback. 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️
@Nicole.Ella.TheFortress

@abbygaileallbright0620 1) I said what I said. 2) You wrote an entire paragraph meanwhile my iinitial question still hasn't been answered. 3) If the baby were properly supervised he wouldn't have gotten hit by a car. It isn't an assumption and I didn't have to be there to know something that is basic common sense. Something you obviously don't have. 4) I said what I said. Now what??
@Nicole.Ella.TheFortress

@abbygaileallbright0620 And I didn't say anything about the baby being alone. I said unsupervised. You lack basic 4th grade reading comprehension skills you need to worry about that instead of worrying about me and my KZbin comments 🥴

Politics is dirty business when the wrong people are doing it. The solution, I think, is good people being brave enough to step forward and run for office. With better choices, voters would probably be happy to vote the other scoundrels out.

@@girlfromthebronxbywayofelb7288Humans you're just as responsible to make the kingdom look good. You want all the benefits you have all the responsibility and accountability with it. You humans awake yet? You abuse power humans it's gone. You have ten commandments just like everyone else does non negotiable you have responsibilities and accountability. You want the government to be held accountable by universal law the government can hold it's citizens accountable. They want change then they have to change. The ten commandments will show up everywhere. One stipulation obey your parents unless they're not obeying the ten commandments then you report them to God and get your parents that holds the kids accountable to be held accountable as well. Universal law that's how universal law works steal you'll be stolen from cheat you'll be cheated lie you'll be lied to take the rights and voices of 65 trillion babies slaughtered legally aka Roe V Wade by universal law someone can do the same to balance the scales. It could’ve been that they were vandalized and not replaced. I saw after a bldg bubble on the west coast, subdivisions with no homes sat vacant for several years. When a new developer purchased land in better econ they had to replace all the street lights, electrical transformers, meter boxes, meters, locks, lids, etc. Ppl stole the infrastructure and sold the material. All that metal, fiber optics, copper, etc is worth a lotta $$

Utility companies care only about profit and getting paid. Especially in American cities. Growing up I always found the saying “be home when the lights are on” weird bc there wasn’t any not in my neighborhood (technically suburbs) not in my friend’s (15 minutes away in heart of inner city). Not even in my cousin’s who got lucky and lived walking distance from the historic districts. But my cousins who lived a town over they had them. I remember when we’d go there at night how weird it was to be able to keep playing outside because it wasn’t dark.

I’m from Michigan and I’ve gone to Detroit many times when I was a child my mother would take me down to visit a friend of hers. Vivian and I would play with her son on the front patio she visited and I remember Vivian‘s telling my mother, it’s not safe to come down here, it was Highland Park. I’m so thrilled to see something like this happen. This woman is truly an amazing hero. I would love if others would follow in her footsteps. What a wonderful story.

I have driven by that area through the years (I'm a Detroitier - Westside). Had NO idea of what was going on that block...but it was definitely positive. I'm so proud of Mama Shu and her community. Highland Park DOES have a heart! 😊❤

This is so beautiful, what a gift she is for her neighborhood, her community, and a beautiful example of what "taking care of our own" really means! "I love for it to be infectious, I would love for it to spread!" ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ She absolutely deserves recognition for reviving and revitalizing not just a neighborhood but a city and all the lives her vision touches! She is remarkable! From the depths of despair and unthinkable tragedy, she harnessed that energy and turned it around for the good of everyone.
