Really beautiful! As a tip, is it possible to move your hands a little less? It causes a bit of nausea and headaches as I am sensitive to all the flailing movement. Obviously not necessary but it might be a piece of accessibility knowledge you don’t know yet 😅

12:32 I’m obsessed with that little altar door. I’ve been thinking of getting altoid tins to use as small altars but they can get kinda pricey. Now I wanna know how to make a paper one filled with all the intentions. 🧡 It’s so interesting you can’t see Orion in winter because that’s all I see. I don’t see Scorpio’s much in summer since the sun rays last for long I’m too tried to stargaze on summer nights. 😂

Ooo yes! I’ll add it to my list of ideas for videos to do in the future! Might be fun to make a new one for a different turn of the wheel. 🍂✨ But in case I don’t get the chance, mostly it is made with card-stock that I cut into the shape of both the doors and backing in one piece. Then I added cut out the windows and added colored in with marker “stain glass” windows using tracing paper. After that I made a small pocket to the bottom with more card-stock I had. And then finished up by adding in magickal items and a mandala. But you could change it up and do sooooo many different themes! Also, I too see Orion a ton in the winter as well! One of my favorites!! It’s just in the summer Scorpius dominates the sky and chases him out as Orion and Scorpius are on opposite ends of the sky at the summer and winter solstices. I love the story behind them both and so I had to make a whole page dedicated to it. 🥰🌌✨ I hope this helps, and am excited for you for all the art magick ideas you have already brewing!! 🌈🥰🍁✨

What a beautiful grimoire. I really enjoyed this video and feel so inspired to create! A crow actually swooped me late last week so I'm taking your spread on the crow as a sign to look into their meaning and their message for me. I'm based in Australia so we don't have things like glaciers or snow water but it's inspired me to look into things that we struggle with such as drought (especially this year) and what traditions our first nation's people had/have regarding rain dances and rain sticks.... very inspiring so thank you!

Ooo! Yes! Crows are so incredibly interesting to learn about! I definitely found myself going down a deep dive with them which is why its such a filled in spread 😂✨ As for looking deeper into the First Nations people and their traditions to inform and educate yours to better connect with the more local land, that’s amazing! Looking into local knowledge and lore I believe adds SO much more nuance to your magick and in your connection with nature. 🌈📖🧡🌼✨

Awe thank you!! 🌈🥰✨ The great thing about art magick and creativity is there is no rules and no right or wrong way, so if it inspires you to try new techniques in your own then go for it! But if you feel you have to to live up to a certain look or type of grimoire, then I’d say sure experiment but at the end of the day it’s for you and only you. So if what you do now works best, then your magick will shine through and flow much more without forcing yourself into another’s style. 💚✨ As for Imbolc and Yule, I’d love to do a spread for both, and still plan to for Imbolc this year, but Yule got away from me. 😅 It always does in the holidays and especially this year with a family matter that took priority. Here is hoping for next Yule!!! It would be so FUN! 🎄🍀✨

Of course! Yeah, it is one of my *favorites* and honestly one of the most simple mundane magickal rituals that can easily be overlooked but has gotten me to come back to creating time and time again. 🌈☺️✨ Here is what I have written on the page: *Imagination Invitation* - “Clean your sacred creative space regularly and more importantly after you are done each time. Then leave yourself an invitation behind through a notebook, open page, a tool, or a small start to a project that excites you! This will lure the inner creative to the space without feeling overwhelmed by the mess, a blank page, or too many supplies and projects to dive into. Keep it small, but powerfully alluring…” “*Invitation Ideas:* Symbols, Crayons (you can never go wrong), thread, a started grimoire page (not a blank white page), a small collection of magickal papers, travel art kit, a song or playlist at the ready, magickal waters, special inks, a tarot/oracle card, a color palette of chosen media, and anything else that calls to your imagination and creativity!” …At the heart of it all, this ritual is one that when done often really makes a difference. For me I’d start a page but leave the mess behind from making it and say “oh well, I’ll probably still need that out again tomorrow to finish the page” but then never finish cause the mess leftover would overwhelm me. Or I might need something to lure my creativity out on those days where I feel nervous to start or afraid of “messing it up”. I hope this helps though, and if you have any other questions, let me know! 🌈🥰✨

(love your username by the way! 🌞) I hope to share it again a year later to show what new creative magick I get up to! 🥰⭐️✨ Also as for a video, I don’t have one yet, but will keep it in mind for videos to come! I tend to glue in most of my watercolor illustrations from my Canson Mixed Media Paper Sketchbook after cutting them out. The watercolors I use are from a Winsor & Newton Cottmans watercolor palette and I use magickal waters with them. I really only use washes of color for the backgrounds of my pages on the actual Archer & Olive pages as they can do those well but not as well as the Mixed Media Papers for everything else or my handmade spell papers.
