Pyre keeper running crit does 2 hits. 1st is from the charge to stun into the 2nd hit which slashing into the air. You do not need to land the 1st hit for the 2nd hit to come out, but if the first hit is parried it will cancel The running crit only resets cd on the 2nd hit (uppercut)

Also, Imperial Staff annoyingly classifies as a "Spear" which allows it to use so many broken talents

At this point, I don't think the devs want to classify them as "legendary" anymore. They're just "unenchantable" since calling them "legendary" implies it being hard to find (They're not). Them being unenchantable should imply that they're powerful enough not to need one though. I feel like the devs are just adding more options to the endgame rather than adding a "hard to find collectible" *Cough* Splinterblade

Imperial staff is a Spear weapon type... you said it was a club when it's not. Hover over the tool tip it says Spear

btw with the kyrswynter follow up attack u can choose to not m1 and it will form a circle under ur opponent and bring both of u upwards
