Same here , coming up to 1 year since hearing dreams tonight as my gateway to they're music and I'm totally addicted now. I've seen them twice so far this year and have tickets to 3 more of they're shows in December. I used to be a normal music fan / geek , then found Alvvays and my fate was sealed. :)

What’s so impressive about Alvvays is how fully-formed they were as a band, and Molly as a songwriter, right out of the gate. Their debut album has no mis-steps at all: every track works. If I could suggest a contemporary to compare and contrast with Molly and Alvvays: Frances Quinlan of Hop Along.

alvvays has been my favourite band since 2015 when my dad showed me archie marry me. ever since i've been obsessed with them, and ones who love you and not my baby are definitely my favourite songs. i saw them live in july and it literally changed my life, and the way i viewed them. the greatest band of my lifetime.

Found you from Mr. Beast. I’ve seen Alvvays live, one of the best concerts I’ve been to. Unfortunately for her but fortunately for us, 2:20 became a reality. They fucking rocked, almost as much as the Descendents concert I went to a few weeks before. Just like the best and biggest musicians in the world, Molly is a musician with demons in her head expressed with passion through her music, just like Kanye West or Billy Corgan. It takes a few bad turns in your life to become a good lyricist like Molly. I’m still waiting for that third album, I hope it comes soon
