Jennie has one solo debuted called "Solo" released 2019 another song called "You and me (Moonlight)" only live not debuted. Rose' has 2 solo songs "On the gound" and "Gone" released 2021 and "Hard to love" in the name of Blackpink Lisa has 2 solo songs, "Lalisa" and "Money" released 2021 (you've already seen). Jisoo has no solo yet expect this year. But she has TV show called "Snow Drop". By the way her cover songs are awesome. You may check "Clarity" or "Liar"

So the MAIN ones (which means that they are the most talented in the group in that discipline) are Rosé as vocalist, Jennie as rapper and Lisa as dancer. There are also leads (which is not that they are the best of the group but that they can do it well) for example Jennie and jisoo are lead vocalists and Lisa is lead rapper.

Also in kpop its really common for members of groups to have solo project while they are still part of the group. Jennie was the first one to have a solo (she actually got a lot of hate for it because they thought she was leaving the group or that Jennie had some kind of “favoritism”) but now both rosé and lisa have two solo songs each (jisoo’s solo project is supposed to be released this year). I RECOMMEND YOU CHECK OUT EACH SOLO SO YOU GET A BETTER IDEA OF THE GIRLS AND THEIR DIFFERENT STYLES

No Jennie has not ditched the group to go solo. Group members going solo in Kpop is not the same as America. In Kpop, you can still do solo projects while remaining in a group. These projects are carried out by the group’s own label, making sure it don’t overlap with group projects. Every member of Blackpink will be going solo. Jennie was first, Rosé second, Lisa third and Jisoo will be coming soon

Btw this video is HEAVILY outdated. I would suggest checking out a more updated one from 2022. And no Jennie did not leave the group. In Kpop, group members are allowed to have solo careers while still being a part of the group. Most of the time, this is a way for them to express their individuality whilst maintaining a good relationship with their fellow members. In some cases, a member's solo career ends up flourishing more than when they're in a group, but this is not the case for Blackpink. The members have both, very successful solo careers and very successful careers with the group. 3 of the Blackpink members have released solo music except for Jisoo. Jisoo's solo music is set to release sometime this year; but while the other members were starting their solo singing careers, Jisoo was building up her acting career. Now, in 2023, Jennie will be making her own acting debut. So, in conclusion: solo careers = normal.
