Jin is the leader off camera and Rm is the leader for official business. Jin is the brains behind BTS but doesn’t like to shine the spotlight on himself cos he is very very shy! They all love and respect him a lot and even Rm listens to him. He is the one who sets the mood for the team and that is why they get along so well. Jin has many talents but doesn’t reveal a lot. Love Jin to death, he is and always has been my bias but he is not the leader on or off camera. He is the oldest and has respect from the other members, he , as well as the others have input into BTS but is not the leader of anything in BTS, except visuals which is just a title because he always was handsome . J HOPE Is the dance leader and Jk is the vocal leader and of course RM is the group leader.

I understand your frustration about finding BTS right when they are enlisting in the military. But on bright side you have over 10 years of music and other content to catch up on and trust me it's a lot. I've been a BTS fan for almost 5 years and I still haven't seen everything. Plus 2 members of BTS (Jin and J-Hope) will be discharged in 2024. Jin will be discharged in June and J-Hope in October. Not to mention the members have said they pre-recorded content to be released during their enlistment. People can also use this time to save money for BTS first tour after their service is completed (my guess the tour will happen in 2026) because I can only imagine how hard it's going to be to get those tickets. Not sure if you would be interested but BTS recently released an 8 episode docuseries on Disney Plus called BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star and it kind of is a recap of the last 10 years with interviews from the members too. Of course it doesn't cover everything but I think it's a good watch to see their journey from beginning to the end of 2023 when Jin enlisted.

BTS didn't become the world's top band solely because of their cute and handsome looks. Their current status is a result of their passion, relentless effort, dedication, jealousy-free brotherhood, and the authenticity to reveal their true emotions to fans without fear. Like many others, I became a fan after watching their videos and feeling inspired to live more passionately. I would like to ask those who may have prejudices and unreasonable hostility without knowing anything about BTS, have you ever tried living even half as passionately and diligently as they do? ARMY is BTS fandom not to be confused with their military service in the army. Since the BTS members staggered their enlistment, Jin is due to finish his service in June this year, J-Hope is finished in October this year & the rest complete their enlistments in June next year on varying dates. Think of this time as a chance to catch up on all their videos, dance practices, behind the scene content etc, plus video made by ARMY. I became a fan in 2015 & I still have not caught up on all their pre-debut stuff 😂

Never fear, they have so much content. Just start from the beginning with their music, performances, and shows. Even their KZbin channel BANGTANTV has videos all the way back to 2010. Of their shows, people new to BTS seem to like their variety show called "Run BTS" where they do different challenges. They are funny, and have such chaotic energy, and we love it. If you become an ARMY, membership is only $25 per year. You'll have access to all 156 episodes of that show and other videos.

Great reaction. You may feel a bit upset for just finding them, but you know we have a saying in the fandom: BTS finds you when you need them most. They will be gone until sometime late 2025 (at least the last half of the year), and you will have plenty of time to watch the gigantic amount of content available from them before they get back together. In case no one told you: Agewise, this is the order, from oldest to youngest: Jin, SUGA, JHope, RM, Jimin, V, Jungkook. All 7 of these men are extremely talented, and I hope you give a listen to them all.

RM and Suga have got more experimental with time. J Hope introduced a more harder edge rock elements with his rap try MORE the mv is great. Jin my favourites are EPIPHANY and ASTRONAUT. Every age given in this is 1 to 2 years younger because of the different way age is calculated in Korea. You are 1 year old at birth. So imagine JK from just turning 14 lives with and is brought up around 6 of the most talented hard working people in the world who encouraged him in everything he did, encouraged all his hobbies. He was spoiled but not rotten because his examples are all kind, lovely people. He said Suga never scolds me. The three youngest would always tease the older group members. Who all argue about who raised Jungkook. Jin packed his shool lunches and walked him to school every day, but Suga always claims to have raised him. He certainly behaves like the proud dad.

Some extra info: BTS lived together for almost 10 years, it was in 2020/2021 when they each started getting their own homes. Groups are not known to live together for that long. They usually get their own homes right after debuting. Them living together for so long made them become brothers/family. They have stated many times how that’s how they see each other too. When it comes to JK, he was actually 13 years old when he joined BTS. Korea used a different age system up until last year. They would add 1-2 years to their actual age. JK himself has stated that he is like the manifestation of all the brothers and honestly he is. He was raised by them so of course he has some characteristics and gifts from them. You would definitely enjoy watching Bon Voyage, In the Soop and RUN BTS. It gives you more insight to them and how they are with each other. By the way. Today JK & Jimin finished training. Yesterday was RM & V. Jin will be out this year in June and he will be working on his solo projects. Oh when it comes to Suga, he still goes by Suga. I’m really glad you enjoyed this! You’re not the only person that has cried while watching this video, so don’t worry about it 😋 it is ok to cry. I’ve seen videos of people (both men and women) cry while reacting to this. Sounds silly, but I cry with them sometimes lol. If you wanna check out some of Jin’s solo songs, listen/watch or react to “Awake” and “Epiphany.” “Epiphany” is what made me an ARMY 3 yrs ago, and yes, I cried then too. She only did stage one, non of the solo albums after they started going in the army. Even then there is enough music for the lifetime production of two prolific bands.... and in only 10 years😮

So you and I have almost nothing in common. But here I am, watching your video, and subscribing at the end of the day. I am a 47-year-old mother of four horse trainer, living in rural Iowa. And you live in New York City. The closest thing I can come to a city is my daughter attends The University Of Chicago. But that is everything that is beautiful about the movement that we would call BTS. It’s not just their music, they are revolution of good in this world that needs it so badly. Aww nice! Really enjoyed this! Going to check out more. You are doing great. Love your open mind, genuineness, and appreciation of these guys and their talent. For me, the best part about BTS is their versatility. Either as a group, or even in their solo work, they drop stuff you don't expect. Makes it really cool from a fan perspective. They are also always better LIVE, which is crazy since most artists put their best performance down in a studio. It really is a fun journey. The contrast of JHope's Hope World to Jack In the Box alone was fire! Up beat, colorful and cheerful to dark and serious... yet still somehow both are the epitome of positivity, strength and peace. RM can go hard in JOKE at his haters to insanely vulnerable in Forever Rain. Suga's vapid tongue technology against haters in Agust D to comfort zone for everyone with Snooze. The duality in all of these guys is crazy and so special to know and be a part of. I'll mostly leave other army to guide you with songs, but I will recommend this one, which I think people should start with early in their journey when possible. I think it gives a good insight to their mind set and showcases their rap and vocal styles. Also, in 2022 JCole gave them permission to release the song on their Anthology album "Proof." Advice 1) Just a heads up that there are some songs you will probably want to watch the explanation videos as their lyrics can go several layers and have many levels of meanings. RM is brilliant with lyrics as you will see. Advice 2) When lyrics don't seem to square up with the video you are watching, it is probably part of their BU. (advice 2...) Don't delve into the BU for a while. Explanation videos for those videos can help as they are not usually explanations to the BU, but just the multi-levels of lyricism. 👍🤷‍♀🤣 Advice 3) Since LIVE is the best way to experience them, check out the channel Enjoy BTS More. She works hard to put the most accurate captions with live performances. She is truly a blessing to anyone trying to experience BTS. Excited for your journey. Hope you have your best year yet! 💜

My first time seeing your channel I will go back to watch your other reactions. ARMY is acronyms for A adorable 😅R Representative MC of Youth. ARMY has a saying BTS finds you when you need them. BTS music has inspired and healed many with their positive messages. You have so much content to watch. Please watch or react to BTS RUN episodes there are about 150 episodes you get to really see their personalities as individuals and they are hilarious. Don't be worried about finding them just when they enlisted......there are over 300 song and tons more content to react to in the meantime (plus their agency is releasing stuff from them while they do their service). I enjoyed your reaction I think you would enjoy some group performances (live is always best) like Magic Shop or ON Kinetic Manifesto, Rapline songs like UGH or Ddaeng, Vocal line songs like Zero O'Clock or Dimple on top of the solos you have been exploring. There is a great KZbin channel called "Enjoy BTS More" that does an amazing job of good quality videos with excellent english subtitles. I disagree that any one member is more talented than the others. They are virtually 7 superstars (you will see that as you explore more), which makes it even more incredible that they could come together with a common goal and vision and all were willing to put in the grind without egos getting in the way. ARMY is the name of BTS fans, in order of age it's JIN, SUGA, J-HOPE, RM, JIMIN, V the JUNGKOOK is the youngest. Their ages range from 31yrs old to 26yrs old, For live performances check out a channel called ENJOY BTS MORE, she has great and proper translations for their songs.

18months is the term of military duty so they'll all be back June 2025 but Jin will be back in June this year and J Hope (Rapper ) will be back in October this year. The the reminding 5 members will be back in June 2025

@@marydavis5234 It's 21 months He started his 'service' in September 2023 and finishes in June 2025 that's a total of 21months. eg September 2023 to September 2024 is 12months then you count October 2024 to June 2025 which is another 9 months. so 12 plus 9 is 21months. Sorry I went to look it up in case I'd got it wrong. I think it might used to have been 22months but they shorten the period to 21months.

A.R.M.Y. is the fandom name. It's an acronym for Aborable Representatives M.C. for Youth. Yoongi, aka Suga, aka Agust D, goes by all 3 names. Min Yoongi is his real name, Suga is his BTS stage name, and Agust D is his rap name, he uses it when he does his solo work. JK was actually only 13 when he joined. Korean age was done differently, they have now switched to the international age system. So he really was just a baby when they started.
