TYSM for this guide, I am practicing Astra currently so this is such a huge help especially cause a lot of new Astra players don't know how to properly use ult. I literally sometimes don't use my ult cause I'm afraid that my team is gonna flame me for putting it the wrong way lol 😅

Cool video! I had no idea how to use Astra ult on defense, thanks for the tips! On attack I also tried to wall off all openings regardless of map, which I realize now isn't the best idea because it usually gives a lot of space to enemies. Wall some difficult-to-counter openings + smoke the remaining sounds much better. One thing though, watching the camera shake in this video gives me motion sickness XD

Fracture is the map i do best with Astra. I have the highest win rate there. I also have seen her on ice box before too, and ive done it. My fave ult on icebox is when they play from far away and watch spike and i ult it off and can defuse before they even get to me.

This tierlist is def a bit skewed toward high elo, in general all smokes can work as long as you have a solid playstyle! But the higher youll go youll start seeing them exploit the weaknesses of your agent!

W vids fam, also i wanted to ask you this on stream but i couldnt find time to catch one, Ive been using vandall only since ive started this game but now that im becoming more a controller main im unsure if im trolling by only using vandall or if it dosent matter too much in the long game

Oh but i love astra on breeze lol. Smokes to hold chokes, pull or concusss to stop rushes or concuss hard angles to help entry site, etc. A viper is still very effective to rush onto A, but i dont think its a bad map for astra at all. Same with the other maps, as lokg as yoire comfy playing astra and know where to optimally smoke, she's fine.

it can't, neither can knives, he meant only progectiles can go through. all hitscan are considered bullets in the game engine.
