I really ended up liking this deck. Galadriel and Gandalf are both super underrated cards. I thought for a while that the other UG Galadriel from the main set would make the better commander, but then I realized two things, which is that she requires a bunch of dedicated cards in the 99 to be good, and the precon Galadriel has some weird synergies lots of people haven't talked about. Like you said the trigger is easy, but what's interesting is that there are elf cards that can make sure you get an elf every turn, while cards like the precon Arwen and Master Biomancer can be good recipients for Galadriel's +1/+1 counters, which you're almost guaranteed to get since opponents will otherwise have to let you draw cards. If you can put an elf out every turn, with cards like Arwen or Master Biomancer out, then you can easily get linear growth in your board state, not taking over a game immediately but creating a consistent and strong presence. Because of these synergies, the precon Elrond is actually my preferred choice over others. Also, as an aside, it feels like it would have made more sense to make this deck, and Galadriel and Gandalf specifically, WUG colors. The other decks all get access to three colors, and two are wedges while one is a shard, so this deck being Bant colors would just make sense and be great for the flavor. I don't know why they didn't go there, it would be really nice and probably slightly bring the out-of-the-box power level of this deck up to par with the others.

(Quick thing to note, Gandalf, Westward Voyager is intended as the second commander choice, but all the other options you listed still work too!) Also aaaa *almost* got some of the elven name pronunciations right!

This deck is basically Elf Ball + Voting + Big Mana. When I build Elves I’m going the Simic Route mainly because of how much Blue Brings to the table in terms of gameplay instead of Black if I went the Lathrill route.
